Nail Art and Room Deco Ebay Haul

A few weeks ago my Ebay order arrived! I also went to an op shop with my mum and found a cupcake jar~

From an OpShop I got this cupcake jar for $2, I put my base coat, top coat and cuticle oil in it ^^

From Ebay:

This Fraulein 38 nail art set was around $15 for 12 colours.

The colours in the set are: black, white, white/pearl, coral/pearl, pink/shimmer, purple/shimmer

orange/creme, yellow/creme, light green/shimmer, dark green/shimmer, med blue/creme and dark blue/creme.

I know this isn't nail related but this lipstick organiser was around $5 I think, I'm pretty happy with it, but unfortunately it's not the best quality, it had a few scratches on it.

This Salon Express Nail Stamping kit was around $5.

I'm pretty sure this striping tape was either $1 or $2 for 10 colors, definitely worth it!

I think these brushes were $1 for 3, pretty good quality!

The packet of rhinestones were $1 and they are iridescent. The container has 12 colours including: light pink, light blue, red, light purple, green, silver, purple, pink, yellow, light green, black and dark pink. I think it was about $4.

I also got this ring for $1 ^^

Hope you enjoyed my Ebay haul ;D

Priceline 40% off Cosmetics Haul

On the 23rd and 24th of April, Priceline had a huge sale: 40% off all cosmetics, including nail polish!
I was so eager to go Tuesday but I didn't have a chance to go to the shopping centre, but I convinced mum to come shopping with me on Wednesday! Yay! I think it's fair to say that after the beauty bag and now this sale I probably shouldn't buy cosmetics for a bit.. haha with that said I actually didn't find many things that I wanted because I had been to Priceline so recently. So I picked up a few things that I had seen before and wanted to try out :)

(I tried out a new background in hope of making my photos look nicer/neater.. hope you like ^^)

Australis Primer $13.95 orig

Revlon Balm Stain in Crush $17.95 orig

Essence blush in Adorable $4.25 orig

Australis Nail Glitter Colour in Milky Way $7.95 orig
Sinful Colors glitter polish in Hottie $4.95 orig

Swatches
right: Sinful Colors - Hottie
left: Australis - Milky Way

Sinful Colors - Hottie over black

I hope you enjoyed my haul! If you want to know about Priceline's future sales without signing up, like their Facebook page or follow them on Instagram or Twitter.

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately, unfortuantely I was sick, but I'm better now ^^

Priceline Haul and Beauty Bag! First Thoughts/Reviews~

On the way to work mum and I went and got the priceline beauty bag! In case you haven't heard of it yet, if you spend $60 on products from these companies..

You get this beauty bag free!

So first I'll show you the stuff I bought from Priceline and then I'll show you what's in the bag and first thoughts if I've tried the product :)

So these are the things I bought from Priceline (not for the beauty bag)

Le Tan spray tan in Bronze (app $11 on sale)

My skin is considered olive but I think I'm pretty pale haha so I decided I would practice fake tan in the winter when I can cover my legs up if I make a mistake (which no doubt I will) and then once spring/summer comes around I'll hopefully have a nice golden tan!

Sally Hansen Gem Crush in Cha-Ching! (app $7 on sale)

Yay! I now have the Gem Crush collection :) (3 are dupes, but they work the same~)

Maybelline Master Precise liquid eyeliner (app $11 on sale)

This eyeliner is fantastic! It stays on all day, but it does take some time to get a hold of it.

And these are the things I bought for the beauty bag (added to $63 I think)

Nude By Nature Finishing Veil ($40)

This is what my mum bought, which helped me heaps. Nude By Nature is a great brand for natural cosmetics and they don't test on animals :)

Sally Hansen Magnetic polish in Red-y Response (app $13 on sale)

This is my first magnetic polish, it looks amazing! It moves in the light on your nail! I was going to get a photo of it but it chipped at work, so next time I wear it I'll get a photo :)
I'd love to get a magnetic purple and dark blue.

Covergirl Lashblast fusion waterproof mascara ($10)

And now for the beauty bag! :D

In total you get 14 things (including the bag itself).
The bag is actually nice quality and would be a good beach bag because the outside seems to be waterproof, so you can easily wipe sand off and if it gets wet, I think it would dry quickly.

First is the Bourjois mascara 'Volume Glamour Max' (not pictured in the photo above, I forgot it ><)

It has a very thick brush like the covergirl mascara I bought and is a great lash thickening mascara. I haven't worn it for a whole day yet, but it seems to stay put on my top lashes.

(hey! you can see the magnetic polish on my thumb!)

Savvy
makeup remover wipes

I haven't used these yet, but they smell nice!

 Ecotools
bath sponge/loufa

I use a loufa in the shower so this will come in handy when its time for a new one! and its purple :)

Manicare
Cuticle Therapy

I've used this for the past 2 nights around my nails and my cuticles do seem more nourished than before

Everlasting
Fake french nails

Haven't used these yet, but I look forward to it!

Press & Go
Fake red stick-on nails

I stuck one of the tiny ones on my pinky to see the strength of the stickyness and it was very hard to get off~
I'm really looking forward to using these too !

Nude By Nature
Primer

I gave this to my mum because she loves this brand, but as all the other NBN products I've tried I'm sure it's fantastic~

Sally Hansen
Salon Manicure nail polish in Midnight In New York

I haven't used this yet, and I'm not sure I will because I don't usually wear black nail polish but we'll see. It has multi-colored glitter/shimmer in it.

Australis
Brightener

I thought this was a highlighter when I swatched it but when I put it on my cheekbones today, it seemed more like a concealer.. it's interesting to say the least!

Rimmel
Wake Me Up highlighter in Flush of Pearl

This is such a pretty highlighter! You can see in the swatches below~

Revlon
Lip butter in Sugar Plum

I love Revlon lip products so I'm so glad there was one in this bag because they are really expensive here in Aus D:
As the name says it's a plum colour but it isn't dark, it's quite sheer~

Natio

Lipstick in Pink Flutter (i think :S)
I gave this to my mum because I didn't like the colour but she likes the brand and the colour so she was happy with it!

Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the Models Prefer brow highlighter, but its basically a thick pencil with a pearl shimmer finish which you can see in the swatches below..

Swatches! Left to right..

Models Prefer - Brow Highlighter
Australis - Brightener
Rimmel - Highlighter
Revlon - Lip Butter
Natio - Lipstick

You also get a voucher for $5 off Revlon BB Cream, I'm not sure if I'm going to try this yet..

So that's everything!

I really hope you enjoyed reading about and seeing what's in the beauty bag and my haul!
Now you just have to decide if it's worth it for you :)

I personally am glad I got it, the only thing I didn't like was the Natio lipstick as it was a browny-red colour, so I gave it to mum and that was it! She was happy to have it so.. it was good value for me :)

The first time I went to get it I found I was just spending money for the sake of it so I could get the bag. So I suggest you have a look in their catalogue for sales, have a look on their website beforehand and stock up on the things you use frequently, or you could put money together with someone like I did. (with my mum)

I probably wouldn't have been able to get the bag without her so thanks mum! :)
